1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website leadcoachng.info and all services offered by leadcoachng (Business ID: 202145678H), specifically leadership coaching, executive strategy sessions, and organizational consulting.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is effective once the client confirms an offer from leadcoachng in writing or books a service online.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in SGD plus VAT. Invoices are payable within 10 days. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and interest of 4% p.a.

4. Services & Disclaimer

Our coaching and consulting services are delivered with utmost professionalism. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes. All recommendations are to be considered as non-binding suggestions.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, there is no right to return after contract confirmation.

• Cancellations up to 48 hours before the scheduled session are free of charge.
• For cancellations less than 48 hours before the session: 50% service fee applies.
• Services already rendered are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.

8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
